when i go to run (prepare) before my aerial, i have a hard time throwing my upper body into the aerial.
which causes me to hang low in the air which seems because i don’t push hard enough..

by teacher keeps telling me to lift up more with my chest/arms. but i still don’t seem to get..?

i can do my aerial though.
